It is a hectic world out there. Everything has to be done in half time and sometimes even simple things get complicated. The benefits of working with us stands in contrast to these tendencies.
We have created a niche in which we use our specialization in house scouting to make the agencies – our clients – work as smooth as possible. For a foreign travel agency finding a suitable property for the still more demanding client can be a very difficult task. With our services the agencies job has become easier: we offer a detailed portfolio with all the needed information and support your clients while they are in Italy, providing them with first quality information. Working with us it’s like having your representative office in Italy without the massive costs of it.
Does it work?
Some collaborations turn out to be fantastic, some others don’t ever fly. While we are putting every effort in understanding how to make the level of not-efficient collaborations thiner and thiner, we know exactly why it didn’t work in the past:
- We are dedicated to clients and their agents and we supply any sort of information, but if you have never taken five minutes to brief us or ask us an opinion, it’s like we are singing serenades to a wall;
- Italy is Italy, and it’s not France nor Usa. There’s a lot of reasons for that – not all of them are necessairly unpleasant, and you should be able to explain those to your clients, otherwise they’ll feel – at the minimum – betrayed;
- Clients are arriving to Italy in hours and we don’t know what they like, if they are allergic to tomatoes or if they ever saw Florence: then why are you using us, then?
